		Dear customers, On our new web-pages about our completely “open“ CAD-CAM unit “3-Step” and further accessories you will find numerous information, videos and tips regarding our new open Dental-CAD/CAM-CNC-Milling-System with 1 or 5 axis for dental technology. We will offer the following components from 01.03.2009 onwards, and certainly at the IDS 2009: The Engine DentaCut-300: Is equipped with five brushless propulsion engines that offer a reproducible accuracy of ± 20µm. The DentaCut-300 is delivered within an attractive, lacquered housing with glass door. Maximum speed during operation process is up to about 1200mm/min, for fast traverse up to 6000mm/min. Depending on the size of the unit necessary operation time is between 8 and 15 minutes for zirconium, PMMA and wax. Stripe light scanner Activity 101: The scanner made by Smart Optics incl. associated Scan-Software and TOP-CAD software SmartDesigner for production and post-processing of models and creation of an stl-file for shaping and further processing within the CAM module (Engine DentaCut-300 and PowerMill- based CAM software DentaCAM+). The holder of the DentaCut-300 is designed for standard-blanks with diameter of 98mm and double-sided shoulder. Different holders and adapters are available on special request. Currently it is tested, if NF-metals can be processed true to size. On the basis of customer comments and extensive tests with our well-tried High-Z-CNC unit (over 1800 CNC-units sold worldwide since February 2005, more information here), we certainly consider this option possible for the new DentaCAM-300. Die complete unit “3-STEP” Finally the best: The complete unit, “3-STEP”, consisting of CNC-machine Denta-Cut-300 with 5-fold-changer incl. housing with glass door, HF spindle 50.000 rpm, as well as a complete, proved scanning-system (more information here) including scan- and mould making software, CAM software DentaCAM+ with simple user guide, will be available for an all-inclusive-price of under 39,900.00 € net.
