Software DentaCAM+

DentaCAM+ is a completely „open“ CAM-System, which was developed on the basis of world wide leading three-axis and five-axis processing software PowerMILL. High efficiency, speed, precision and time saving – these are the characteristics for which the strategies developed for PowerMILL are famous for.  A selection of theses strategies are available within DentaCAM Light. Therefore, DentaCAM+ is the perfect processing software for automatic programming of bridges, crowns and inlays made of ceramics.

DentaCAM+ processes geometries from all common dental-construction-systems or 3D-dental-scanners.  The software imports any proprietary standard data as stl-model and therefore offers the user highest flexibility.

The interface is neatly arranged, leads you through all process stages and subsequently completes the modelling process automatically.

Software developers exceptionally considered special fields such as e.g. preparation boundaries that are vital for the quality of the finished product. Our Engine DentaCAM-300 processes the preparation boundary contour parallel, with a constant cutting path spacing, to achieve uppermost precision and surface quality for this sensitive area.

Depending on the choice of processing template tool paths are automatically generated to ensure an optimal surface quality and highly efficient cutting speed.

DentaCAM+ reduces time consuming "air milling" between individual milling operations to a minimum and hence shortens the total processing time

The soft ware is a new development and exclusively available in conjunction with our Engine DentaCut-300.
