The design and model software

SmartDesigner:

SmartDesign is associated with the scan system Activity 101 as simple workflow solution. Hence, there is an option to start previously scanned data information through the software. The system can read standardised stl files and produce construction data as stl filed. Therefore, all stl-files can be used as open systems for any open system, e.g. milling or rapid-prototyping.

Smart Designer follows an anatomic construction principle. After the clinical situation has been scanned, the software produces a virtual wax model, which can be modified by the user.  Based on this wax-model caps, crowns, reduced crowns and complete anatomic crowns can be produced.

The working method ‚outside to inside’ makes sure that required material thickness and construction requirements for are kept.

Smart Designer allows basic construction of caps and bridges up to 14 elements. It is possible to edit the construction through several functions such as transformation, adding or subtracting material.

During the first year, software update is free of charge.

Smart Designer offers a simple and quick to learn concept.

Screenshots show you a well-arranged software layout how you can e.g. establish the path of insertion of individual units easily, bridges define or chewing surfaces under a projected mush bite design.  Preparation boundaries are being recognized automatically without a lot of post-modelling.

Smart Software is equipped with scan software and an easy to learn concept.  Within the software you can easily apply or remove material virtually, to smooth, taper, stretch or clinch shapes. The incorporated morphing function allows you to realize results of high quality. These stl files can be exported into the CAM software DentaCAM in order to produce e.g. Zirkon models of high precision within minutes, using the Denta-300 milling machine.
