Our Company:

The company Hylewicz / HEIZ was established in 1995. Since 2004 we have engaged with CNC-technology and its components.

Now the team consists of nine full time employees and 3 part time employees. The currently rented production hall has an area of 800sqm. This area has become far too small for the current scope of orders. We are about to construct a new company owned production hall with a production area of 1800sqm in the industrial park of Geldern and aim to finish in July 2009.

In 2004, we developed a portal-milling machine, which since its launch in January / February 2005 experienced an extraordinary success we never dreamt of at that stage. The success was due to the machines’ solid construction, balanced mechanical and technical components and its accurate tuning of mechanical tolerances.

Hence we could welcome our 1000th customer of a CNC-CAM-unit in our offices only a short time after the launch.  Please click here for more information.

By the way, our CAM – unit was copied almost 1:1 by three companies only one year after the launch; with little success. It seems to be not just because of the high precision and accurate production as well as our good customer support, that our CNC-machines receive such large success worldwide. Naturally all employees and finally yet importantly the corporate management is proud of this success.

Due to increasing enquiries from dental technicians and dentists worldwide, asking for a machine that can be used within the field of dental technology, we have approached the drawing board and got our heads down……

Result: From 01.03.2009, we produce a new series based on a modified version of our success model. The machine was optimised especially for the particular requirements within the dental-field and tailored electronically, mechanically and software wise.

Since February 2005, we sold the ‘basic version’ of this machine about 1800 times in different sizes and design.  Companies use it for 2D and 3D milling as well as engraving in PVC, timber, aluminium, different stones such as marble and granite and even glass, steel and stainless steel.
